Privacy Policy

In this Privacy Policy, the following defined terms apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pub555", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pub555 online gaming platform and its operating entity, which provides gaming services to eligible Philippine players under PAGCOR regulatory guidelines.
• "Platform" means the pub555 website at pub555.co, its associated sub-pages, game lobbies, account dashboards, and mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an Account on the Platform or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Personal Data" means any information that, alone or in combination with other information, can be used to identify a natural person — consistent with the definition in Republic Act No. 10173 (the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012).
• "Sensitive Personal Information" means personal data about an individual's race, ethnic origin, marital status, age, color, religious, philosophical or political affiliations, health, education, genetic information, financial history, any proceeding for any offense committed or alleged to have been committed, the disposal of such proceedings, or the sentence of any court in such proceedings, and any other sensitive data in line with RA 10173.
• "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure, or erasure.
• "NPC" means the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, the government authority responsible for enforcing RA 10173.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority for gambling operations in the Philippines.

pub555 is an online gaming platform focused on serving players in the Philippines. pub555 operates the gaming services available at pub555.co and is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through the Platform.

pub555 has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and this Privacy Policy. Queries, access requests, correction requests, and data erasure requests may be directed to the pub555 DPO through the contact channels described in Section 13 of this Policy.

pub555 collects personal data through several channels: directly from you during registration and account use, automatically through your interaction with the Platform, and from third parties as described below. The categories of data we collect are as follows:

3.1 Registration & Account Data

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID;
• Date of birth (to verify the 21+ age requirement);
• Philippine mobile number (used as your primary login identifier and for OTP authentication);
• Email address;
• Username and account password (stored in hashed form — pub555 does not store plain-text passwords);
• Province or city of residence (used for geographic eligibility and responsible gaming context).

3.2 KYC Verification Data

• Scanned or photographed copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID);
• Selfie photograph for liveness verification matched against the submitted ID document;
• Proof of address documents where required for higher-value withdrawal verification.

3.3 Financial Data

• GCash mobile number and/or Maya account details used for deposit and withdrawal transactions;
• Bank account name and account number for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay transactions;
• Transaction history including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and reference numbers;
• Partial card number (last 4 digits) for Visa/Mastercard debit transactions — pub555 does not store full card numbers.

3.4 Gaming Activity Data

• Game session records: titles played, bet sizes, outcomes, session start and end times;
• Bonus credit history, wagering progress, and promotion participation records;
• Sports betting selections, stake amounts, and settlement outcomes.

3.5 Technical & Device Data

• IP address at the time of login and during active sessions;
• Device type, operating system, and browser version;
• Geolocation data at login (city/region level, derived from IP address) used for geographic eligibility verification;
• Session tokens and authentication cookies;
• Platform usage logs including page views, feature interactions, and error events.

3.6 Communications Data

• Records of communications between you and pub555 customer support including live chat transcripts and support ticket content;
• Opt-in preferences for promotional communications via SMS or email.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, pub555 processes your personal data only where a lawful basis exists. The lawful bases on which pub555 relies are:

• Performance of Contract: Processing necessary to provide the pub555 gaming service to you — including account creation, payment processing, game access, and withdrawal fulfillment — is performed on the basis that it is required to deliver the service you have contracted for when you registered an Account.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required for pub555 to comply with its obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements, tax reporting obligations, age verification requirements, and obligations to report suspicious transactions to Philippine authorities.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing undertaken in pursuit of pub555's legitimate business interests where those interests are not overridden by your privacy interests — including fraud detection, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and anonymized analytics for platform improvement.
• Consent: Where pub555 seeks to use your personal data for purposes beyond those described above — including sending you optional promotional materials via SMS or email — we will obtain your explicit opt-in consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through your Account Settings without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

pub555 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your browser when you visit the Platform. They enable the Platform to recognize your device, maintain your login session, and improve your experience.

The types of cookies used by pub555 include:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include your session authentication token, language preference, and security cookies. These cannot be disabled without preventing access to the Platform.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as your preferred game lobby view, last-visited game category, and "Remember Me" login preference.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymized data about how Players use the Platform — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and which features are used most — to help pub555 improve the Platform. This data does not identify individual players.
• Security Cookies: Support fraud detection and abuse prevention by tracking session consistency indicators including IP address consistency within a session and device fingerprint signals.

pub555 does not use advertising or retargeting cookies. The Platform does not serve third-party advertising. Tracking pixels or marketing tags from third-party advertising networks are not embedded in any pub555 page.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into your pub555 Account and using the Platform. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to play.

pub555 does not sell your personal data. Your personal data is shared with third parties only to the extent strictly necessary for the following purposes and only with parties subject to appropriate data protection obligations:

• Payment Processors: GCash (GXI), Maya (PayMaya Philippines), BancNet, and other Philippine payment service providers receive the minimum financial data necessary to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
• KYC and Identity Verification Providers: Third-party identity verification services may receive copies of your KYC documents to perform automated or assisted identity and document verification. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data solely for the purpose of verification on pub555's behalf.
• Game Software Providers: Game providers such as JILI Gaming and live dealer studio operators receive anonymized session data (player ID, bet amounts, game results) necessary to operate game functionality. These providers do not receive your full identity data unless required for game-specific jackpot verification.
• Regulatory Authorities: pub555 is legally required to disclose certain transaction and identity data to PAGCOR as part of its licensing obligations, and to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other Philippine government agencies as required by Philippine law.

• Legal and Compliance: pub555 may disclose personal data in response to valid legal process, court orders, or requests from Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law.

pub555 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The general retention periods applied by pub555 are as follows:

• Account Registration Data: Retained for the duration of your active Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following permanent Account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR AML record-keeping requirements.
• KYC Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the submission date, as required under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine AML and tax reporting obligations.
• Gaming Activity Logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the session, for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
• Technical and Device Logs: Retained for twelve (12) months from the date of the session, for security and fraud investigation purposes.
• Promotional Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for twelve (12) months following any withdrawal of consent, to evidence compliance with opt-in requirements.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents re-identification.

pub555 implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, and alteration. The principal security measures in place include:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and pub555 servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Users should verify the HTTPS padlock in their browser address bar when accessing the Platform.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive stored data including KYC documents and financial records is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms.
• Password Hashing: Account passwords are stored exclusively in hashed, salted form. pub555 never stores or transmits plain-text passwords and no pub555 staff member can retrieve your password — only reset it via secure OTP process.
• Access Controls: Access to personal data within pub555's internal systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis using role-based access controls. All internal data access is logged and subject to audit.
• Two-Factor Authentication: Customers are able to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on their accounts. Staff accounts with access to player data require mandatory multi-factor authentication.
• Regular Security Audits: pub555 conducts periodic security assessments of its systems, including vulnerability testing, to identify and remediate potential security weaknesses before they can be exploited.

No data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. While pub555 implements the measures above, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, pub555 will comply with its notification obligations under RA 10173.
