Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request, and the Account is in good standing with no pending investigations, all verified cleared cash balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment channel within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by pub555's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable Philippine law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and pub555 arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation. To initiate a dispute, you must contact pub555 customer support in writing with a clear description of the issue, the relevant transaction or event, and the resolution you are seeking.
pub555 will acknowledge all written disputes within 5 business days and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 15 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of initial written notice, the parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

pub555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that directly affect Player rights or obligations, pub555 will notify Players via the email address registered to their Account or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
